 Family: Two brothers, two sisters, married 29 years to wife Kim. One daughter, Melanie.
Schooling: Graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1973. Attended Green River Community College 1973 - 1975 (Business Administration).
Occupation: Owner of Grassi's Flowers & Gifts, Grassi's Garden Cafe and Grassi's Boutique.

Has served or is currently serving on boards and commissions for Finance, City Beautification, Parks, UP for Art, and Daffodil Float. Currently serving in the position of Mayor Pro Tem.
