 The City Engineer is responsible for the overall management of the Engineering/Capital Projects Division. The Engineering/Capital Projects Division is responsible to the Community Development Director for Engineering, and Field Engineering support, as well as planning, designing, and building, transportation and surface water management system improvements. The Division also collects and analyzes traffic data, responds to citizen concerns, applies for and administers grants, and maintains a required bridge inspection program.
